Exterior oil based paint with Valspar enamel hardener was used to provide a durable, easy to clean surfaces.

Settees have been upholstered with Revolution Performance fabric, which is near indestructible yet comfortable.
Cushion covers were designed to be easily removed for washing.
Original floor has been replaced with Driftwood Plank.
