Carver 3607 Aft Cabin 1983 Very Clean desired Live aboard.
This model is commonly seen transversing the Intercoastal Waterway from Miami to Maine.
I just put it back in the water from drydock repairs and upfits.
The following has just been completed.
Receipts available.
Replaced port side engine. (starboard replaced a couple of years ago and has under 8 hours running time).
Replaced exhaust systems, exhaust hoses and exhaust ports.
Replaced all thru hulls, sea valves and sea cocks.
Re-packed prop shafts and rudders.
Replaced fuel tank floats, fuel senders and shore power plug.
Replaced all zincs and have two fresh coats of bottom paint (I do every two years).
Hull is in excellent condition and fiberglass very clean and the interior is also in very good shape.
Aft cabin beautiful with queen size bed, wrap around teak wood cabinets, desk, and hanging closet.
Aft cabin private bath has shower and tub with sink, and composting toilet (no toilet odors).
Kitchen (gally) fully equipped with dual sinks, full size refrigerator, stove top and multi-function oven which bakes, toasts, and air fries.
Microwave and coffee maker. separate small icemaker.
